Our Ministries

"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the [a]edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ"  Ephesians 4:11-13 NKJV

Missionary Society

The Missionary Society donates lap throws, towels, and booties to cancer patients. We provide meals to the sick and shut in, send cards, call and pray for our members in our community. The Society also have luncheons so we can be encouraged through God's word. We also need to be lifted up.

Men's
Ministry

Our mission is to support our church when asked. Two years ago we purchased paint and painted the outside bottom of the church. This spring we cleaned the windows and pressure washed the education building. We are praying that God will continue to bless our Laymen's group.

Hospitality
Ministry

The goal of the 1968 Club is to help our members and visitors feel and experience the love of God by truly welcoming them into God’s house by coordinating activities that involve hospitality and care ministries; to assist the church or family in any capacity and develop outreach projects within the community.

Young Adult Ministry

The Youth Department meets every Wednesday at 6:00 for bible study. We often visit our sick and shut-in, making cards and small gifts to take to them. We also allow our youth to lead worship service every 5th Sunday, for they are our future. "Train up a child in the he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

Doorkeepers
"Ushers"

For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God Than dwell in the tents of wickedness.  Psalm 84:10
